4th Grader - Mathematics

Mr. Patel, .... I did want to tell you how very happy we were with Mrs. Romano. Justina and my Katelynn hit it off like two best friends and Justina was able to bridge something in Katelynn's understanding of the basics that we could not.

Her skill levels and her confidence went through the roof in my eyes, and we are very happy with her results, she continues to practice some on her own and we are sure she is at a good starting point  for the Fifth grade. I want to thank you and your service for the help, and will definately keep you in mind if we should need help in the future.

I want to tell you how much I appreciated all your efforts to arrange for tutors for my grandson, Matthew, a sophomore. The fact that you were able to arrange within 1 week a tutor that was extremely competent in a difficult subject (Organic Chemistry), were flexible with their hours to accommodate Matthews schedule and were pleasant to work with was simply amazing. Since Tutor Doctor hired a tutor for my 8th grade son, he has been eager to learn. High School, Math.

Class studies move so quickly these days and it is sometimes difficult for kids to grasp certain concepts, especially in Math, in such short time frames. Our daughter needed an extra boost in Math and we found it challenging to help her since teaching styles and techniques have changed so much since we were in school. We decided to seek out the experts. We found Tutor Doctor at a local Health Fair. They matched our daughter with a certified teacher who is highly qualified and familiar with the current curriculums. The tutor provides summaries of what they did in each session and what to expect from the next session. Improvements were seen within two weeks when our daughter made high marks on her Math test at school. 4th Grader

Carol has been more than wonderful in assisting me with Jonathan – a definite keeper in my books!!! It really has helped Jonathan, and I can see the change in him as the week’s progress!!! Thanks again for hooking the two of them together!!!

HIgh School, Math

We are very happy with Daryl. He is a wonderful tutor and relates to Matt very well. He is able to explain things in a way that Matt can understand. When Matt doesn't understand something at first, Daryl is very patient and uses another method to help Matt work through a problem. Matt is doing so much better in Algebra, because of his time with Daryl. He actually understands what he is learning now and is much less frustrated. I'm sure that Matt would have failed Algebra, as he had a 47 average. I am fairly confident that in this relatively short amount of time he will pull his grade up to a C or better by the end of January. Thanks for your help.

Samantha received a 100% on her test! Her teachers commented at her conference that she seems to be more confident in all of her subjects. Please let Charity know she is doing a great job! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
